Keeping Dubai cool since 2006
Shihab Air Conditioning LLC specialises in VRF systems: design, installation, commissioning and maintenance for villas, offices and buildings. We also install, service and repair every kind of AC across Dubai, usually the same day you call.
What we do
Split, window, cassette, ducted, package and VRF systems. All major brands.
AC installation
New units and replacements, sized for Dubai's summer peak, with neat piping and drain work.
Repair & breakdowns
Not cooling, water leaking, noise, gas leaks or electrical faults. Diagnosed and fixed on site.
Maintenance contracts
Scheduled servicing for homes and buildings: filter and coil cleaning, gas checks and priority visits.
Gas refilling
Leak detection and refrigerant top-up to the correct pressure, so the unit cools properly again.
Duct cleaning
Dust and sand removed from ducts, grilles and air handlers for cleaner, healthier air.
Ventilation & exhaust
Fresh-air fans, kitchen and bathroom extraction for homes, restaurants and offices.
VRF systems, done properly
VRF stands for Variable Refrigerant Flow. One outdoor unit is piped to many indoor units, and its inverter compressor sends each room exactly the amount of refrigerant it needs. The result is a building that cools room by room, using only the energy each space demands.

Why choose a VRF system
Lower electricity bills
The inverter compressor slows down when demand is low instead of switching on and off. Through a long Dubai summer that adds up to a noticeably smaller DEWA bill than conventional systems.
Every room its own temperature
Each indoor unit has its own controller. Keep the bedroom warmer, the majlis cooler, and switch off empty rooms completely.
One outdoor unit, many rooms
A single compact outdoor unit can serve dozens of indoor units. That frees roof and balcony space and keeps façades clean.
Quiet and steady comfort
Units run smoothly at partial speed, so temperatures stay even without the noise and blasts of a unit cycling on and off.
Flexible design
Wall, cassette, ducted and floor units can all connect to one system, with long refrigerant pipe runs and little bulky ductwork.
Central control
Manage every unit from one central controller or the building management system, with fault alerts before small problems become breakdowns.
HVAC for the world's first green mosque
We designed and installed the HVAC system for the mosque in Hatta opened by DEWA in 2021, the first mosque in the world to earn LEED Platinum certification for green buildings. It keeps more than 600 worshippers comfortable while using far less energy and water than a conventional building.
